Hanson IT Services provides many services for your home computing needs. We offer convenient pick up, in the Monroe county area. We will come to your home to pick up your PC, then bring it back when service is complete, usually within 2-4 days. Hourly Service General Service - $40/Hour + Parts (1/2 hour minimum)General service is preformed at $40/hour + parts, if needed, billed in 15 minute increments. A minimum 1/2 hour inspection fee will be charged to all cases, and will apply toward your total bill for any service you choose to have preformed.
Flat Rate Services Viruses and Spyware are the biggest threat to your PC. We will use the best Antivirus and Spyware tools to clean your PC. Then we will optimize your computer for maximum performance. Most cleanings take between 2-4 hours, depending on the speed of your PC, and number of files on the hard drive. If your PC is really infected, we may recommend a Complete Operating System Reinstall instead.  We preform a full system backup prior to formatting your hard drive and reinstalling your original operating system. Including any necessary drivers for your computers hardware. Then we restore your personal data and reinstall your favorite applications.** Your PC will run like new again!  We will install and configure a wireless router or access point and setup your wireless devices to connect to the new wireless network. *The client must provide a valid Operating System installation software key. The key can usually be found on a sticker on your PC case. **The client must provide all application installation media and any required software keys to install the programs. |
